Ray Haley is the former long-time football coach and athletic director at Larkin High School. He started the football program at the school in 1962 and continued to coach, then added athletic director responsibilities, through 1990. His career achievements have led to Ray’s induction into the Missouri State, Illinois Football Coaches, and Elgin Sports Hall of Fames. In addition, Ray has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Elgin Sports Hall of Fame Foundation since its inception in 1980.
